In-house Kitchen and Chef
At our school, the dining service is much more than just a place to eat: it is another educational opportunity to continue the work done in the classroom.
The dining hall is managed in-house by the school, with its own kitchen and chef, which allows us to offer homemade, healthy food adapted to the needs of our students. The menus are prepared by a registered nutritionist, following the recommendations of the Ministry of Education, to guarantee a balanced diet suitable for each stage.
Additionally, we offer various types of menus to adapt to the dietary needs of diners (allergies, intolerances, special diets…).
A Complete Educational Experience
Lunchtime and midday activities are supervised and facilitated by monitors and the school’s own teachers, who accompany students both during lunch and in subsequent activities. This shared experience fosters a deeper understanding between teachers and students across all educational stages, extending beyond the classrooms.
We also collaborate with local entities and neighborhood businesses to promote the purchase of quality, seasonal products, thus contributing to more sustainable eating and supporting small businesses.
